15-minute Love Workout to Attract Your True Love
Losing weight can be easier than attracting love. In a way, you can control what you put in your mouth and how often you exercise. You even can gauge your results by the scale and fit of your clothes. Finding true love is sometimes a little trickier because you feel there is someone else involved in making your goals come true. You also never know how close you are to meeting him or her even when you think you are working on “improving yourself.” The path to love can be unpredictable.

You have heard of the seven-minute abs, but this is a 15-minute love mental exercise that gets your mind trained to attract Mr. or Ms. Right. Your experience in life is based on the quality of your thinking and most of your thoughts are the same every day, giving you the same results. Why not train your mind to think in the direction of love instead of lack and turn your dating destiny around?
Here’s the workout. Close your eyes and imagine yourself with your true love. Engage the feeling of being treated with love and respect. Flood your mind and body with emotions of confidence, feeling attractive and being desirable to the opposite sex. That’s it. Do that for fifteen minutes every morning before you get out of bed or while you drift off to sleep. This love workout is like training wheels for the mind to get you on the right thinking track to allow love into your life.
This workout typically takes about 30-90 days to permanently shift an idea in your subconscious mind, but I have received feedback from many women and men who found their love within hours of the first workout. Of course, those extreme cases are not typical, but still very possible. The average shift happens within 30 days, depending on how ready you are for the real deal – a lasting, healthy relationship.
